Returns & Exchanges

At SOUTH OF HEAVEN, we stand by the quality of our goods, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
